The Leisure World Cares Fund is a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation, and an IRS 501(c)(3)charity (EIN 33-4465915), seeking to provide housing financial assistance to residents within Leisure World Seal Beach.

Available financial assistance is primarily through small subsidies to HOA assessments for Leisure World residents who are on fixed incomes and who face the loss of their home and an uncertain future. The idea is to provide housing security and peace of mind to the most vulnerable while preserving their dignity.

Donations to the Fund are channeled to vetted residents to help them improve their housing security as HOA fees rise beyond affordability and potentially force their relocation.

At the Leisure World Cares Fund, we know that for some of our neighbors who are on fixed incomes the rising HOA fees have become unmanageable. They may be faced with having to give up the security of their home and move into an uncertain future.

Those of us who remain comfortable amid the rising HOA fees can choose to provide small financial supplements to those who are being broken by the fees. If you are fortunate enough to be able to donate become a one-time or sustaining donor. You will be donating to the security and peace of mind that a home brings to all of us.
